  • Renew Permanent Way assets. Track Renewal

  • Restore track geometry by Manual Repair

  • Track Geometry 1

  • Establish track geometry and restore to operation-al condition by Mechanised Repair

  • Measurement & Compensation track geometry re-store to operational condition

  • Inspection of the P-Way (Hot weather and cold)

  • Hot and cold Weather Inspection of the Permanent Way or Track Patrolling

  • Track Patrolling

LEVEL 3 - Advanced

  • Track Geometry Supervisor

  • Establish track geometry and restore to operational condition by Mechanised Repair Geometry

  • Establish track geometry and restore to operational condition

  • Establish the operational condition of the Permanent Way by Detailed Inspection.

  • Inspection for Cast, Welded and Fabricated Cross-ings in the Track

  • Inspection and Maintenance of Longitudinal Timbers or Supervisors Visual Track Inspection

  • Switch Inspection & Repair

  • Inspection for Cast, Welded and Fabricated Cross-ings in the Track

  • Supervisor Visual Track Inspection Skills

  • Inspection and Maintenance of Longitudinal Timbers

  • Restore Original Stress in Rails.

  • Stress Restoration

  • Level 1,2,3 Stressing maintenance repair.

  • Confirm the track is fit for operational purposes following heavy maintenance

  • Broken & defective rails Passing Trains over Bro-ken or Damaged Rails

  • Undertake Routine Maintenance of Rail Lubricator and Friction

  • Rail Friction Management

  • Inspect and Maintain Level  Crossing Surface Systems

  • Installation, Inspection and Maintenance of Level Crossing Surface Systems

  • Level 3 Diploma in Railway Engineering
